ATT Systems GmbH specializes in high-quality temperature control systems used in the semiconductor and microelectronics industries. The company, which is based in Martinsried near Munich, has been on the market for almost 20 years and sells and installs systems that are required worldwide for the temperature testing of wafers. The company has about 30 employees.

We continue to expand our team and seek reinforcement in the field of:

Technical Support (f/m/d)


You can expect that:

  • You support ATT Systems customers & service partners as well as internal colleagues in Taiwan regarding error messages, installations, repairs in technical terms
  • You write repair and spare parts offers in direct consultation with our customers
  • You work closely with development engineers & installers and OEM’s (sample makers), who build our systems into their products
  • About once a month you are on-site with our customers for service calls or training (Asia, USA and Europe) Note: Asia / USA 2-4 / year

That’s what we want:

  • Successfully completed technical training, ideally as a mechatronics engineer or electronics technician or equivalent training (precision engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar) in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
  • Ideally, you have gained experience in service or technical support, especially when dealing with customers
  • Very good German and solid English language skills
  • Safe use of MS Office
  • You like to work goal-oriented and on your own responsibility
  • Willingness to travel, on average approx. 20%
  • You enjoy working in a team, across departments and for the benefit of our company
